When the label “Featured Member” appears next to a woman’s picture, it means that her paid membership includes unlimited contacts and you can write to her free of charge. When the label says “Standard Member,” in order to write to her you must either have a paid membership or purchase her contact details. HOWEVER, you may still send free winks.
What are “FREE Addresses?”
Many women don’t want to sit around waiting for someone to either buy their contact details or upgrade to a paid membership. Instead, they have paid in advance for unlimited contacts, much like a “Featured Member.” The label “FREE Addresses” will appear next to their photo and all you need to do in order to send them a message is log on.
If I purchase a woman’s contact details, what will I get for my money?
As soon as your payment has been processed, you will receive all of the available contact information for the woman you are interested in. Each woman’s profile shows which contact details she has provided. ALL of them have direct e-mail addresses, 99% have postal addresses and the majority have also listed either their home phone number or their cell number. Additionally, many have Instant Messenger service, such as ICQ, MSN or Skype.
I want to write to some of your ladies. Do they have to pay to write back to me?
No. We do not charge the women for this service. It is completely up to them whether or not they respond to your message. We do not involve ourselves in the correspondence process.
What are winks and how do I use them?
If you would like to let a woman know that you are interested in her, you can send her a wink free of charge. From her profile page, just click on “Send a Wink” and then choose from among the available types.
How can I see who has viewed my profile or added me to their friends and favorites?
When you log on with your user name and password, simply go to “My Profile” and, under “Visitors” you will see a listing of everyone who has looked at your profile. Under the “Friends” menu, you can view all or your friends. Anytime someone adds you to their friends or favorites, you will receive a notification in your inbox. These features can save you a lot of time, as they will let you know who is already interested in you, rather than having to search for and contact hundreds of members first.
How do I send a message to another member?
If you have a paid membership with our agency, simply open the profile of the woman you would like to contact and click on the “Send Message” icon to the right of her photo. If you are unsure of what you want to say, we have a number of prepared templates available. Just click on the link “Not sure what to say?” underneath the “Send” button and select the text you would like to use. Tip: Do not forget to personalize your message by adding the woman’s name at the beginning and your name at the end.
If you have a free membership, you can either upgrade to a paid membership or purchase the contact details of the woman or women that interest you. From the woman’s profile, you can click on either the “Buy my address” or the “Buy Membership” link and you will be redirected to the “Services and Prices” page where you can review the benefits of a paid membership and then purchase it.
On the “Services and Prices” page, located in the menu on the left-hand side, you will also be able to review our pricing. We do not use recurrent billing; so, once your subscription period expires, whether it’s one month or one year, we will not charge your credit card again. If you do not wish to renew your paid membership, you will still be able to continue as a free member and you will not be forced to delete your profile.
If you choose simply to pay for the contact information of a specific lady or ladies, don’t forget to include their ID number(s). As soon as your payment has been approved, all the available contact details will be sent to your e-mail address.
How do I respond to someone who has added me to her friends?
Any time someone adds you to her friends, our site automatically sends a notification message, both to your e-mail address and your Aleksia inbox. You can add this member to your friends as well or you can initiate contact by sending an e-mail or a wink.
I have received notification that I have a message, but it's not in my inbox!
If you receive notification that you have an e-mail message but it doesn’t show up in your inbox, it means that either the member’s profile has been deleted or that she has decided to delete the message.
Someone is sending me spam or trying to sell me something. Help!
If anyone sends you spam messages or tries to sell you something, we need to know about it immediately. Please contact us and, if the member is found to be harassing other members, his or her profile will be deleted and he or she will be barred from re registering with our agency.
I deleted an e-mail message by mistake. How do I get it back?
Unfortunately, there is no way for us to retrieve deleted mail.
As a paid member of your agency, how many e-mail messages can I send?
You can send as many messages as you like to as many women as you like, as long as they are in accordance with the rules of our Terms and Use Agreement.
When I write to a woman, how long will it take for her to receive my e-mail?
Whenever you send a message to a lady, our system automatically sends a notification to her e-mail address informing her that she has a personal message on our site. Sometimes you may have to be patient. While some of our ladies have a computer and Internet access at home, others only have access at work while still others have to make use of an Internet cafe. It may appear that a member is ignoring you, but it’s possible that she’s simply traveling or on vacation.
